The price of each configuration includes printing across the whole surface, on one or two sides depending on the option you choose. It is left out only if you order the structure on its own.

Three structure ranges

The models are grouped into the Essential, Plus and Premium ranges. That lets you choose between a simple structure for a one-off event or a more complete one for regular use.

A lectern for every talk and every reception

The lectern is where the speaker stands at a conference, a product presentation or a shareholders' meeting. With your company graphics on the front panel, your brand appears in every photo of the speaker.

The same models work as reception counters at congresses, trade fairs and corporate events: they can be used to welcome attendees, hand out accreditations or rest documents on, and they move easily from one event to the next.

Structure, assembly and printing

There are inflatable structures, folding pop-up ones and versions with an LED light box. The inflatable and pop-up models are designed to be set up quickly and stored in little space between events.

The graphics are printed in large format and full colour across the whole surface. You build your design on the template for the size you choose, a 1:1 scale PDF you download from the product page, and before printing we check that it meets the size, resolution and safe-zone requirements.

How to choose a conference lectern

Type of structure: Choose inflatable or pop-up if you will move it often and want to set it up in little time. The LED versions stand out more in dimly lit rooms.
Range: Essential, Plus and Premium cover everything from occasional use to a lectern that will appear at many events. Compare what each range includes on each product page.
One or two sides: If the lectern is only seen from the front, one-sided printing is enough. If it will stand in the middle of a room or a lobby, two-sided printing is the better choice.
Lead time and event date: The delivery time for each model is on its product page, in working days. Check it before choosing if you have a fixed date.
