Events, trade shows and conferences
Event Merchandise with Your Logo
Event merchandise covers what attendees take home, such as lanyards, tote bags, notebooks or bottles, and what dresses your space, such as photo walls, roll-ups, tents, flags and wristbands, all made to measure. Tell us about the event and within 24 working hours you have a quote and a mock-up with your logo.
Two kinds of material
First, the gifts each attendee takes away. Second, the photo wall, roll-up, tent or flags that make your brand recognisable from across the room.
A gift for each audience
Two or three useful items for attendees; a single higher-quality piece for speakers and sponsors. It can all go on the same quote.
Mock-up before you pay
You see your logo on each item before paying anything. You pay when you approve the mock-up, and only then does production start.
What each event needs
At a trade show, tote bags for brochures, pens to hand out and a better gift, in small numbers, for the contacts who matter all work well. At a conference, each attendee appreciates a lanyard, a notebook, a pen and a bottle; at an internal convention, branded clothing for the whole team.
At sports and outdoor events, water bottles, caps, drawstring bags, reusable cups and, in case of rain, umbrellas or ponchos make sense. For a launch, a photo wall, a roll-up and a piece with its own design that people will remember the day by.
Made-to-measure material and branding
Photo walls, roll-ups, tents, flags and wristbands are made to your dimensions. To quote them, tell us the sizes, the quantity, whether it is printed on one side or both and where it will be set up; if you have the finished artwork, send it as a PDF at final size or to scale.
For the gifts, your logo is enough, ideally as a vector file (SVG, AI or PDF). We check it and show you a mock-up before production; if the branding comes out faulty or does not match what you approved, it is redone at no cost.
How to choose event merchandise
- Split your audiences
- Count registered attendees, speakers, sponsors and your own team. Each group gets its own gift and its own quantity.
- Order with a margin
- Order for your registered attendees plus a small margin for last-minute sign-ups and for the team staffing the stand.
- Think about reuse
- If the roll-up, flags or photo wall carry no date or edition, they will serve you at the next event.
- Get the basics right
- A cotton bag that is too thin tears with the first catalogue inside. Better a few pieces people actually use the following week.
